Saving $120/Year on Dish Network

I've been seriously considering canceling my Dish Network Account ($37.99 a month). I looked into basic cable and thought I could live with it, but when I called Dish Network today to put the cancellation order in, they made me an offer I could have refused, but didn't. They are taking $10 a month off the bill for the next 12 months, saving me $120 for the next year. It's still more expensive than basic cable, but not that much more. I decided to go for it and consider the $10/month savings a snowflake to be channeled toward my debt.
